Analysis of peptides, intact (glyco-)proteins and glycans by modern mass spectrometric methods with a special focus on (quantitative) proteomics, glycomics and PTMs. Methods for the identification of proteins (mixtures or excised gel bands), for glycan composition and isomer specific identification, for site specific glycopeptide analysis and for determination of the intact mass of proteins are established.
