At Creative Proteomics, we offer cutting-edge LC/GC-MS analytical service for lipidomics, targeted and untargeted metabolomics, and precision mass determination in a range of samples from biomedical to plant science research.
MODEL: Waters TQ-XS triple quadrupole mass spectrometer coupled to a Waters two-dimensional I-class UPLC. Used for targeted metabolomics and lipidomics analyses including central carbon metabolism, oxylipins, and phytohormones. The 2D UPLC allows for at-column dilutions of metabolite extracts and online SPE, improving sensitivity for many low-level metabolites.
