The Invitrogen Qubit 4 Fluorometer utilizes assays based upon dyes that bind selectively to DNA, RNA, or protein, making it more specific than UV-absorbance based assays. With increased sensitivity, it can reliably detect as little as 10 picrograms/microliter of DNA. It easily measures integrity and quality and quantifies each sample in under 3 seconds.
