The Creative Proteomics service team can perform a complete Nanotemper Prometheus NT 48-based analysis of the proteins in your samples. Our scientists will meet with you throughout the project, from initial planning to delivery of a comprehensive data package, to ensure that your objectives are met.
Prometheus (Nanotemper) instrument can perform fast and sensitive simultaneous analyses of 48 distinct samples using only 10 µL of samples at very low concentration. The Prometheus also measures the scattering of samples, giving insight into the aggregation process that may occur together with denaturation.
NanoDSF measures the thermal denaturation of proteins by following the modification of the environment of their fluorescent aminoacids Tryptophanes and Tyrosines.
