The Creative Proteomics service team can perform a complete Peggy Sue™ Protein Analyzer-based analysis of the proteins in your samples. Our scientists will meet with you throughout the project, from initial planning to delivery of a comprehensive data package, to ensure that your objectives are met.
The Peggy Sue™ (Protein Simple) lets you separate and analyze proteins by size or charge from 2-440 kDa either by immunoassay or total protein. Small sample volumes and starting materials are no problem. This instrument can use as little as 0.2 µg/µL of protein in just 5 µL of sample, and runs up to 96 samples in one experiment.
