We have a cuvette instrument, DynaPro MS800 (Wyatt), well suited for the study and the optimization of the homogeneity of samples of macromolecules in solution. This automatable instrument allows to detect the presence of high molecular weight aggregates with a very high sensitivity.
Studying the dynamic light scattering of particles in solution allows to quantify their diffusion coefficient and to deduce their hydrodynamic radius (which depends notably on their mass and shape).
