Creative Proteomics provides protein analytical support, from method development and fit-for-purpose validation to process/cleaning validation and sample analysis, as well as API, finished product, and impurity analysis. We specialize in a wide range of analytical assay technologies to support protein characterization and the development of recombinant proteins and peptide therapeutics.
The Nano ITC Low Volume isothermal titration calorimeter is designed to provide maximum sensitivity and flexibility for the study of biomolecular binding. The instruments uses solid state thermoelectric heating and cooling systems to precisely control temperature, and has a flexible injection syringe assembly for efficient and accurate delivery of titrant. The true isothermal power compensation design of the Nano ITC instrument provides the highest sensitivity and flexibility for an µLtrasensitive ITC analyzing biological samples in-solution. Associated with the Nano ITC the X-ray core laboratory has a sample degasser, sample cell cleaner, dedicated computer with remote access available to monitor experiments in progress and several titrant syringes for practice. It is highly recommended that researchers provide their own titrant syringe (Part # 5346, TA instruments).
